According to this story (in Dutch) European Commissioner Meglena Kuneva is very displeased about the online store of Apples iTunes.
She believes it abnormal the songs can only be played on an Ipod.
The Norwegians, not members of the EU Fight Apple for the same reason.
October first the Norwegians are going take legal measures if they don’t liberalize their download system.
It looks like the Era of “Itunes only for Ipod” is ending soon.
