Searching for Photos on the Web with a new free browser plug-in

“Free browser plug-in Polar Rose makes facial searches as easy as text searches”
The Polar Rose plug-in will be available as a free download in about February. Initially it is being released for the Firefox and Internet Explorer browsers, but versions for other browsers are being developed. The plugin can scan “after a persons photo is called up” hundreds of millions of photos published on the web for possible matches. Now all I need now is a plugin for fingerprints and start my own local CSI.

More information at presentationmaster.com and of course the plugin-website itself.
