Dell Primarily Serves Microsoft, not Linux.

Filed under: linux, Tuxicity — tuxicity @ 7:41 am

I am getting fed up with the “Dell might set up a line of Linux preinstalled laptops” News.

“Might set up” means rumour, gossip and has nothing to do with news.

With this gossip a buzz is being created, hyping Dell and putting Linux on its knees begging.

Well as long as Linux is on its knees for some vendor, Linux is on the losing end, and I think its time to start a new buzz:

“Linux does not need Dell to position itself”

I agree with Jeremiah Foster and his open letter: Its time for Mark to take some real action; he has the tools to make it work

Linux has to stand on its own feet and be independent.

Remember, PC vendors and Hardware manufacturers primarily serve Microsoft, not Linux.
